Anyway--- I want great red rockabella hair again !!! I cut my bangs yesterday but before I´ll have my long hair back it will take some time. I´m thinking about dying the bangs in another color for the time being :-P

It´s all about the color

Yeah yeah, it´s again about my hair and bla. 

But I have to write this post, just because of the large procedure I had to go through to get the rest of pink from my Directions Rose Red experiment out. 

They had to blondewash the pink parts first. It took quite a while and my neck started to hurt as I had to lay in the washbasin for so long. At least it worked and I got my everytime favorite color back, my beloved intensive copper red. Even the undercut got some this time. I like it very much :-D

Oh and I found this new nail polish, too! It sparkles like a purple galaxy!

Dreads

My hair is still too short to apply my dread fall ...

but I found a way to wear my dreads! I cut the rubber band open, took some loose streaks and clipped them into my hair as if it was a ponytail.

What should I say? I would/ did definately choose the way of the girl on the right :-D It is more fun anyway!

By the way :

Because the pink faded I colored my hair with Directions Tangerine today. First thing a blabbering idiot shouted at me while I was passing by a gas station was:

"Are you the sister of the girl serving the customers here?"

Me: "Nope. Why do you ask?"

"Because she has violet hair!"

 

Very nice there, mister douche! 

I was so sad that I am not that quick on the trigger, otherwise I could have told him this:

"Yes, you are right. She IS my sister. You know, our parents do have blue and red hair and their genes have mixed very well when they conceived her. Unlucky redhaired me just got mine from mommy´s part of the family. Boo-hoo-hoo!"

 

Argh, why do such things just come to my mind when it is too late?!

I definately have to read a book about quick-wittedness soon !

Dreadmania

Sooooo ...yeah, you know I love to change the way I look by now XD

Therefore I was very eagerly looking up the word "dread falls" on Etsy after I first stumbled upon them by searching for another item. I never thought about dreads on me, but I remember an old friend of mine living in China now ( I miss you Guannan Li ! If you read this and recognize me please write me an E-mail!) who had dreads when we were about 13 years old. It looked damn fine on her. 

Anyways I engaged myself a little bit more with dread falls and found out that you only have to clip them in your natural hair. Easy change without sitting at the hairdressers salon for hours AND you can put the dreads off whenever you are sick of them? WANT!!! And the best thing is: My boyfriend wants to buy me a present and insists on doing it, so I think I´m gonna talk with him about a pair of those babies ^^:

Magenta Hair

Directions makes it possible to change my haircolor even more often as usual :-D.

It is sometimes a pain in the a** though! The color bleeds out extremly when you wash your hair...

but that´s not all ! It can be found on pillows and white walls where I use to lean my head on. And to make things worse it even colors my forehead when I´m sweating the slightest bit.

I used Directions Rose Red and I´m happy with the color but with all this negative points it is rather inconvenient.

Do It Yourself Day

Yesterday I finally did it and tattooed myself after I thought about it for some weeks. I didn't have any doubts when I put the tattoo machine together and prepared the station with all the necessary stuff. Not even when I did the first stitch. Somehow I knew I wouldn´t deform the drawing on my foot. And that is how it turned out at the end:

 I´m more than pleased with the outcome of this tattoo. And it didn´t hurt that much because you are so concentrated on doing it right!

Than I decided to have an undercut again and shaved one side of my head with the hairtrimmer I normally cut my boyfriends hair with. Turned out quite good, too. I´m happy with everything I DIYed yesterday!
